OH POOPY DAY YES THERE WAS POOP INVOLVED

Ok so maybe my day could have gone a little better than expected. First I was supposed to meet my friend Aimee who I have known for 16 years. She is in Pendleton staying with family because her Mom just got diagnosed with breast cancer. She text me last night to meet them at her sisters for Indian tacos. So the girls and I get all ready and jump in the car. We get to her sister's house at noon. I rang the door bell twice and no answer. So I decide to go get a smoothie for the girls and I and we would come back. I head to Dave's Chevron and order 2 smoothies and 1 choc. shake. The joyous lady behind the counter gave me my total. I said hold on here I am looking for my debit card. Since we are on a budget I have no more credit cards. Which I would never use on a $10 bill. Although the kids taunting me with their sweet little eyes just waiting to drink their yummy smoothies I just may have. So I finally realize that I have no debit card it was left at home on the table. So I tell her I don't have my debit card do you take local checks. She looked at me as if checks are foreign and said "Uh No we don't". So I said ok then we can't get the drinks. The girls were not satisfied at all by this. So we leave and I decide lets go back up to Aimee's sister's and see if they are their yet. Of course they are not. It is about 12:45 now. So I run to the bank to see my sister. Fortunately for me she was there. She cashed a check for me so that I would have cash. I was not about to go back to the same place for smoothies. So we went to Sorbenots instead. I will say the jet tea smoothies are awesome, there is no tea in it if anyone is wondering. We go back to my sisters work and take her to lunch. After that we headed back to Hermiston. I was so bummed not to see Aimee. I see her once every two years. I walked through the front door and she called. Turns out she was there sleeping because they decided to have Indian tacos later. They were supposed to wake her up so she could call me. She has been so stressed out about her Mom that she over slept. I totally understand so I was not upset at all. I then take the girls to the Aquatic Center for some fun in the water. We get there and the girls wanted to go through the lazy river right away. On the way out of it they decided to go back through. Tresa and I got stuck in the middle and I was trying to grab Mylah while holding on to Tresa. The water of course was pushing against me. I turn my head away for a second then try to reach to Mylah and she was suddenly under water struggling. I about flipped out. When I grabbed her she was so scared. It seemed like those 2 seconds were forever. She kept kissing me because she was so scared. After we all calmed down we sat in the ankle deep water while I cried. I felt so terrible. I think we were there about 35 min. when the whistle blew because someone decided to poop in the pool. OF COURSE THEY DID. Seriously, I was done. That is the 2nd time that has happened to us. So we are home now and going to bed early. I pray that tomorrow will be better. I am sure others have had worse days than this. At least it is all over now. Hope everyone has a beautiful Sunday honoring our great God.
